                ThoughtWorks was supporting this German company to digitise their global processes and product logistics issues. We were tasked with creating the digital experience for the staff in new warehouses to manage their workflow, stock, job management and quality control.

I worked across a distributed team (India, Germany) with several key stakeholders from various parts of the business to design an app and an admin portal that would support the staff in a warehouse in their day to day tasks, logistics and management of employees.

This was a large piece of an even larger digital rollout for logistics and delivery staff which involved a lot of cross team collaboration and consideration. I coached other teams in design thinking and user research and worked to bring HCD methodologies, and product thinking to the business.
